**You don't need to book a room to RSVP!

Booking your stay:

-You may put a $150 (per person) deposit down, and pay down your balance at whatever pace you’d like throughout the year. The balance just needs to be paid in full 45 days prior to your arrival date.

-The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, but you're more than welcome to stay as long as you'd like. It's your vacation too!

-We're booked to stay Tuesday, August 12th to Wednesday, August 20th.

-The resort also requires that you arrive at least one day before the wedding date.

-For anyone that plans on staying elsewhere and attending the wedding as a guest to the resort, you will need to pay a guest fee.

Pricing Information:

-THIS IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT! The "price per person, per night" includes your room and your all inclusive wristband, which includes food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for the full duration of your stay!

-Room rates ebb and flow. We have been told that the sooner you book, the better, because the rates are more likely to go up the closer you get, especially if you book within 6 months of your stay. The prices are locked in once you place your deposit.

-Price per person decreases as you add more people to your room, depending on the room (6 guests is the maximum per room occupancy.) If you’re planning on booking a room for yourself, it will be far more expensive than if you’re sharing a room with other(s). For the folks that are planning on traveling alone and don’t have anyone in mind that they can room with, feel free to reach out to Kayden to see if something can be arranged. He will work with you to see if you can book a room with someone you know!

-Children under 12 years old are discounted.

Modification info:

-Modifications result in re-pricing.

-Modifications/cancellations within 65 days of traveling are non-refundable.

-Cancellations outside of 65 days will not be refunded their $150 deposit.

-Reservations made within 65 days of traveling must be paid in full at the time of booking.

-No modifications within 14 days of traveling.
